Library of Dreams

by Jane Rzheznikova, Alina Mikhaleva
In 2024 after participating in the College Biennale Immersive, Library of Dreams was also presented at the New Images Market section and was part of the Venice Production Bridge at the 81st Venice International Film Festival.

In 2025, Less Media Group entered a co-production with German-based XR studio Abduct Media, and the project secured funding from two major German media funds: FFF Bayern and MDM.

The project was also selected for the European Co-Production Session at Geneva International Film Festival in 2025 and nominated for the DOK. digital Award for New Narrative Formats at DOK. fest Munchen 2026. The international premiere of the project is scheduled for September 2026.
Less Media Group is proud to serve as the production studio for Library of Dreams, a project selected for the prestigious College Biennale Immersive Program in 2024.

In 2022, the idea of the Library of Dreams project was first pitched during the Digital Autumn Educational Course for digital artists organized by Less Media Group in partnership with the French Institute.

In 2023, the early prototype of the project was selected to be part of the Innovation Studio at Sunny Side of the Doc forum in La Rochelle, France.

Later in 2023 the project was also selected to be part of two esteemed European Creators' Labs in Luxembourg and Leipzig focusing on the development and prototyping of XR experiences.

Mystis

by Tatiana Collet-Apraxine
The project began its development through the BFI-supported Develop Create XR programme and later won second place in XRCC’s Immersive Film and Storytelling track. In summer 2025, Less Media Group founder Alina Mikhaleva joined Mystis as producer, supporting its creative and production development.

The project was subsequently selected for Biennale College Cinema — Immersive and the AGORA XR Lab at Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival, followed by Mifa Pitches — Immersive Experiences at Annecy 2026. Less Media Group is now helping build an international co-production framework and preparing Mystis for its next stages of prototyping and full development.
Mystis is an interactive 6DoF PCVR experience exploring grief, memory and transformation through a handcrafted paper underworld. Drawing on the Eleusinian Mysteries and the archetypal journey of descent and return, it invites audiences into a deeply sensory and symbolic rite of passage.

Rose Bond

Since May 2026, Less Media Group founder Alina Mikhaleva has partnered with Portland-based artist and animator Rose Bond, whose 360° VR animations premiered at the Venice International Film Festival in 2025 and 2026. The collaboration supports the distribution of Bond’s existing works, Earths to Come and 1968, as well as the development of upcoming XR projects.

Homeing:
Lost and Found Bureau

The Lost & Found Bureau exhibition offers a profound, multi-sensory exploration of displacement and the redefinition of home.

Drawing from personal stories of individuals uprooted by war, political conflict, natural disasters, and migration, the exhibition immerses visitors in a journey of loss, resilience, and adaptation.
These stories collected from Armenia, Georgia, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, and beyond, form an evolving archive that captures the emotional nuances of homes left behind and new ones imagined.

Less Media Group has partnered with Homeing project to develop a Mixed Reality part of the exhibition that took place in Yerevan, Armenia in September 2024. The mixed reality exhibition prototype was selected for the IDFA DocLab Forum.
